Privacy Policy
Based on legitimate interest, as defined in Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR, data is collected about each access to the server of this website. This serves, for example, to investigate detected attacks on the website and for technical troubleshooting, in order to protect the website and its users from malicous behavior, as well as to determine visitor statistics to improve the service and its reach. Furthermore, no personal data is collected and no tracking is applied.
The hosting provider, in its role as “processor” creates statistical reports based on anonymized traffic data, including the IP addresses and logs of visitors, the URL of the request, the duration of the request, and the “user agent”.
The “processor” is contractually obligated to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
In this context, the IP address contained in the traffic data of the visitors is extracted for processing and analysis in anonymized form to determine its geolocation. In this way, no personal data that would allow for the direct or indirect identification of the aforementioned visitors is stored within the framework of web statistics. The address of the requested web resource and website, the duration of the request, a report on successful or failed retrieval, browser type and version (User-Agent), and the platform/operating system of the visitor are collected.
There is no transfer of data outside the EU or to a third country whose level of data protection has not been recognized as adequate by the European Commission. Furthermore, the “processor” is prohibited from selling the mentioned data or using it for its own purposes (e.g., data mining, profiling, or direct marketing).
The hosting provider is obligated to respond to requests from judicial and/or administrative authorities in order to comply with applicable regulations. Requests for access are subject to strict legal regulations and will only be authorized by the “processor” after ensuring that they are valid and sufficiently justified.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in this privacy policy, the stored data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer necessary for their intended purpose and there are no legal retention obligations preventing deletion. If the data is not deleted because it is required for other legally permissible purposes, its processing will be restricted.
You have the right to information about the personal data concerned, as well as the right to rectification or deletion, or to restriction of processing, or to object to processing, as well as the right to data portability. Additionally, you have the option to lodge a complaint about data processing with a supervisory authority. → contact
